Research Interests - Protein Protein Interactions
Making protein protein interaction clear is a very important step to understanding the whole cell's structure and functions. We want to use machine learning techniques to verify the current protein interaction high throughput data. And a further step is to use computational methods to analyze protein-protein binding motif / domain.
